A vedio can not be played in this phone smoothly ..... moredont know whats your problem, 1 year and it works like a charm, unless you're talking about watching youtube on 2160 or something pixels then it will lag because of your connection

I bought refurbished phn 1 week ago.
battery is less but i can comprise bcz of that sleek design.
speakers are beast.
camera with gcam makes me to make rn8 as my daily driver.
usb type c is a cherry over cake.
hardware based gyro scope is working fine.
compass sensor is here.
Cons.
Software needs a polish.
Transparent apps.
3.5 mm jack needs improvement.
heating issues.
The only thing responsible is the MIUI 12.
Xiaomi is an international smartphones manufacturer , they must have to work with the phn before pushing the update.
A beast monster phn is just left behind due to carelessness of mi

At first it feels good but when the time passes this shit stinks more ...
I use to love this model but now I hate it ..

(latam user i bought the phone last 2020 september) actually this phone seems pretty decent, though their connectivity in calls is not that great, in the middle of the call goes off, either sim card or the over wifi calls, i thought at first it was a problem with the company but it was not. it's their bug i really wish someday to get an update for this issue for the connectivity in calls. the other bug since i bought, even i already change the device twice, chrome always lag on screen, when i try the double screen it turns transparent, also the youtube black, these bugs in this budget phones leaves me in awe, then the performance in game is cool for such an average user i am i follow social media a lot. in this case is there any one here that would recomend me a phone?

this phone is still a high class smartphone with :
. imx582 sensor with level 3 support !!!
. double corning gorilla 5 (front & back)
. Real HighRes audio support with large speaker chamber and SmartPA algorythm
. monster battery life (i own my RN8 ginkgo for more than 6 months now and i can reach 14h SOT with autobrightness enabled)

I suspect there might be quality issues with some sets because i personally owned 2 of this model before , one is perfectly well but the other is experiencing some glitches and problems here and there
