It randomly drops brightness to 0% while using Google Maps. Such a crappy light sensor ffs. I had to increase brightness while driving and it doesn't even let you increase it by 10 or 20 percent. You have to go up to 30 or 40 and than you can lower it to 10 or 20 percent. It happened twice, what a POS deathtrap!
I really regret my purchase...Every phone has some dealbreaker problem nowadays.

You have to enable "light up screen for notifications" and "autostart". MIUI Battery saver doesn't cause this issue and can stay on the default setting.

WhatsApp notifications don't make a sound sometimes when I lock my phone. Does anyone have the same issue and is this a specific MIUI problem or WhatsApp problem?
I'm pretty sure enabling "wake display for notifications" will solve it but not sure.

Wi-Fi connectivity becoming a serious problem...difficulty signing in to FB wifi, also declining speeds on public wifi. It helps sometimes when I wipe cache or reboot phone, but these are unacceptable long-term solutions...
Anyobe else have these problems? Suggested solutions? I am on global carrier in Brazil...Note 8 64/4 tks
