I have heard that Redmi note have notification issues that it doesn't show notification icons on your screen meaning thereby u would have to scroll down to see the notifications.is it true? Bcz i going to buy this phone very soon

thanks for your's quick reply, but one more thing and i am a step up to buying this phone but my operator only offers a model with 3GB \ 32GB - i am not interested in games, i am more interested in photo quality, sound calling, wi fi and data connection and browsing, so what is your opinion

Resolution can't be changed and it doesn't even matter because you are still driving the same pixels on a 1080p panel. Changing the resolution on a native 1080p display is not going to save any battery.
It has a battery saving mode but I never use those. I get 9.5 - 10h screen on time, so don't worry about battery life...

I've bought the 4GB ram, 64GB ones as I didn't find a 128GB note 8 black colour at stores, however it's really an awesome phone with great performance and build quality at this price range.

In regards to the "network drop" it must be due to your local telecom or area.

I had a nightmare using the A50 so I bought the note 8 as my secondary phone, initially I was also in a delimmma about buying Chinese phones but after using this phone I'm extremely happy.
