Batteries does "stabilize" on a lower voltage than that of the charger's output after you remove the plug hence, 3 mins of battery data (from full) is useless actually. It's just your battery stabilizing from a heavy stress. IF you believe that your phone is using too much battery then it's only you that can tell of as to why, check your battery statistics (every Android phone has that) at around 20 or 10 percent battery left. It will show you which apps/hardware that drains your battery.

If if it isnt fixed try to update the phone, still no apps or anything else, if it works normal then download 1 app at a time and see what each does.

Overnight, 8 hours off the plug, it still does not need to even drop 1%, or just about that 1%. Losing 3% in just minutes means something in the settings may be off.

4G Band 20(800) It is supported, you can add it. I use 3 in the United Kingdom. Their network works mainly on this Band and I have no problems.
