This phone is better than I expected now I'm using 1.5 years I play pubgm smooth extreme in everyday atleast 3 hours still work fine slightly battery decrease compared to new one I really love it & I will upgrade to k40

Coming from a low end Redmi 3S, this phone is spectacular. I got the 6GB 128GB version. Very snappy performance, large screen and fast charge are terrific. I also never experienced any of these "lags" the reviewer keeps mentioning.

Since March 22, 2021 the apps on my Xiaomi note 8 Pro kept crashing, I can't even access the browser... Did anyone else experience the same issue? What's the work around ?

Its confirmed N8Pro will be getting android 11 so it will last another season or two for sure. After updates end u can root and custom rom

Yes Sammy are great phones with decent build but exactly 1yr in ur on ur own. No updates whatsoever and ur have to root it and install custom rom
At least mi will give you 3 major updates.
Its confirmed N8Pro will be getting android11 this year.
As soon as it's out of support it will be rooted and custom rom and stretch usability for another few yrs
