Hi, i am also looking forward to buy a phone as an upgrade from my huawei nova 3i (4gb, 128GB). However, Sometimes i feel like its not that worth for me to go for this phone. Any idea on this? My budget is around 250USD.
Anonymous, 17 Apr 2020Poco is far way better than RN8 pro... Redmi phones these days are suckingi guess u could say its better but not far better.
and for letting ppl know there actually are some nice games u could play at 120hz in pocox2 like mortal kombat dead trigger2 vainglory and more.
i dont know why they dont want to release an update for indian version at all. there is no android 10 and no security patch after dec 2019. to me it seems they forgot this version.
dbjungle, 29 Aug 2019Snapdragon 675 is a beast. Most of the G90T's performance comes from gaming enhancements. If... moreI have lost a lot of faith on Mediatek chipsets recently. With tech editors of Anandtech website revealing how Mediatek is currently cheating on benchmark scores, it is of no surprise PCMark and 3DMark have recently de-registered more than 50 current devices from over 25 different phone manufacturers running on Mediatek chipsets. This includes any phone running with P20, P60, P70, P65, G70, G80, P90, G90 and G90T. This a major blow for Mediatek and very well end up in lawsuit. Below is the current statement from UL, the developers of the PCMark and 3DMark:
Using hidden mechanisms to detect benchmarking apps by name and make app-specific performance optimizations is not an "accepted industry standard." It is, in fact, the very opposite of the accepted standard.
Likewise, benchmark scores based on hidden app-specific optimizations and settings that are enabled by default and not available to the user do not accurately reflect a device's true performance in everyday use.
Simply put, a device must run a benchmark as if it was any other application. Performance gains must come from reacting to the nature of the workloads in the test rather than the name of the app itself.
As it has with similar cases in the past, we hope this delisting will help persuade MediaTek to change its approach and join the rest of the industry in adopting benchmarking best practices.
Josphy, 18 Apr 2020I am little disappointed because it has no automatic call recorder. yes, the global EU variant uses google dialer which has no call recording feature. you can just install app from the play store if you want that functionality or you can unlock bootloader and flash the indian or Indonesian firmware.
Anonymous, 17 Apr 2020yes it does. Why is it not mentioned here
PartTimePhoner, 17 Apr 2020I read it somewhere that it has IP52. Is that true?yes it does.
Johnsu, 17 Apr 2020It's good. But little less faster than poco f1. It doesn't have automatic call recorderi mean id rather have no ultra fast but still great cpu performance AND have ip52 splash resistance bigger screen with HDR bigger battery not plastic design and better camera

ONLY FREEFIRE, 16 Apr 2020This phone is heating too much when I play pubg aur freefire and rear camera portrait mode is ... moreDepends on your ambient temp mostly. If you expect lower temps during summer time, then you are the problem. Phones won't cool below ambient temp.
Anonymous, 16 Apr 2020Most games don't support even 90 Hz refresh rate. Don't say anything unknowingly.1-phone itself supports it (for scrolling and all)
2-its not something they wont bring. there most definitely will be tons of games updating to support higher refresh rates because you see, almost every phone in 2020 has it.
