Try a factory reset / hard factory reset.Pretty sure that must be involved around the SIM Card not allowing the APN to be changed, even if they reset the phone, there's no way it would start working so let them stick into my solution thanks.

solu... moreYeah.. I wouldn't install the Indonesian ROM only for that. Well you can easily search it up: Mi dialer apk, etc.
For the play store apps... I would go with the Call recording ACR because that's what my Huawei phone was normally using. And well... For the messages... can't you just save those to cloud? And well I have found only one site which offers the APK. And if you want, I think that I found a method. I'm not sure but it should be pretty safe. We can look more into it if you want. Have you tried digging into forums or anywhere else into the Internet for this problem? If yes and you didn't find any solution then i would recommend trying to delete it from an another phone (any smartphone will do) (If there isn't any APN after your delete it then i would recommend asking the Provider for an alternative APN) but I'm not sure if this will apply easily when you transfer your SIM Card from one phone to the other but try it in any case and let me know if that will solve it, if not then I won't be able to help you further and I'm sorry about that!
And to be fair this is the first time I've actually heard such problem and i wish i was familiar with this problem.

solu... moreYup, that's a good choice, because changing your ROM may also cause to void your warranty on your phone, tho I really do feel bad that you have to switch for tiis reason. Sorry man.
My friend's Redmi 6 actually uses Mi Caller and all, maybe that's because it's the Global ROM it was provided but i think there are other Xiaomi's that provide Mi Apps on their global ROMs. Maybe try something like the 8T, it's cheaper and gives more compromises but it's kinda equivalent to the 8 Pro, just different specs and Camera and all, and check this time if it has Mi Caller or not so you don't end up changing your phone again.

solution 1 (Mi apps.) : i dont find how to install it
solution 2 (other apps. on the google store) : i think it is better to find a unique app or 3 linked apps that consider calls, contacts and sms at the same time. i found only app for dial and contacts, but not for sms also.
solution 3 (indonesian ROM) : at the moment i will not take the risk to install the indonesian ROM, afraid to face other more serious problems ... better try other solutions first.

I don't use much data on my phone , my problem starts when I change my old phone and start to use Redmi Note 8 Pro. I tried to reset network settings but after that phone automatically sat up access point names using hs.vodafone.ie also . Provide operator said I have to delete it myself from my phone which I can't. I did many ways to do it and it is not possible . It seems to be set up with the phone and I don't have an access to change it. My monthly plan is 20 GB data for free. That is really strange situation for me. I asked my friends and they were in a shock as they never heard about that situation before.

Can you just understand that in the global version we have the Google apps and in the other ones we got the Mi apps. You can just install them through all filed or by changing your ROM or just by installing third party apps.

but that means, that the only advantage of this situation, is the easiness to change phone later ...
buying a phone to make it easier to change later ... what a pathetic situation, that costed 300 usd of course ...
the reviewers of GSM arena has reviewed this phone in every detail, and not a word for that big issue.
I am sorry, but if i was knowing it, i would not buy it.
