Thanks It does not. Some claim an early version had it but I doubt you can get it anymore.

Note, 24 Nov 2019Maybe option is in the settings (like in other Xiaomi phones with MIUI 10/11), BUT, there is n... more.. I mean Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, China, India, Global variants have LED.. Oh, one more thing, botton in Note 8T is two times bigger than botton in standard Note 8 (China, India, Global), also, all sides, frame is bigger, bezells are thicker, even in dimensions there is a difference. Don't know whay tey made Note 8T like this (is more similar to Resmi 8 with chunky frame), for Europe.. Is that big NFC chip? :)

And yes.. there is a led notification light in this phone.... moreMaybe option is in the settings (like in other Xiaomi phones with MIUI 10/11), BUT, there is not LED light on front (top or botton) or on the back side (like in Mi9T where "siaomi" name act as LED for notification. But, Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T is not only one without LED for notification, Xiaomi Resmi 8a, and Xiaomi Redmi 8, also missing LED on front. Only Xiaomi Redmi Note (CN, India, Global) version have LED in top left corner, Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, also have LED. Dan..

Turns out after some digging that there were some 8T that had it, then Xiaomi decided to ditch the LED. I got the latter version.

Bla, 22 Nov 2019Yeah, that 3/32GB option is great. Very futureproof. BlaMan for 140 is great enough.
I dont think that 7 and half billion of people needs a flagship device for a flagship price.
Most people trying to buy the best possible for most affordable price and this phone falls to this category.
If you dont agree its your fault not mine problem.

dtf, 22 Nov 2019I read that Redmi Note 8t doesn't have notification light. Is that true? Thanks I just bought the Note 8T today.
And yes, there's no LED notification light. No idea why would they remove it tbh.
