Transparent apps really sucks it even appears while powering phn on...
Xiaomi have 20,000 employees where as Huawei have 80,000 and i use nova 7i for photography but kept note bcz nova 7i dont have play store....i play heavy games on nova 7i... recieved many ui updates but honestly not a single bug by Huawei.....whereas Xiaomi bullshits always adds a bug

I bought this phone last September and now the phone isn't responding as before. I had really a bad time using this. I would never promote this brand . I'm disappointed 😌

This phone has a serious flaw in its mute button. The p[hone regularly (like several times a day) mutes a phone call because it has a super sensitive mute button. Update after update nothing is ever done to solve this. It might seem like a minor issue but it's not, your conversations are cut off and it's very awkward. Would honestly never buy a xiaomi phone again until they sort this issue out.

If you can't accept the truth that snapdragon handles ram way better than mediatek, then I have bad news for you.

Even though the processor is good and ram, it still lags, which I have expected my upgrade to be smooth, but it turns out what I not expected, such a disappointment.

Oh God i hate this phone. Started hanging from first month of purchase. Totally useless. Wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy.

Anonymous, 23 Mar 2021Redmi note 9 or poco m3?None of those. Tbh Redmi Note 9's Helio G85 is still unoptimized even after a year. It's better to go for the Redmi Note 10 or the Redmi Note 9T.

Any IT nerd who is into computer for decades will know the price of pay more for less & paying less is good enough mean.
I just bought a Redmi note 9 4gb ram/128gb version from official xiaomi online store paying less than USD122. I bought not because I really need it but I couldn't resist for such price, I can do so many stuff & I make full good use of it as my secondary 4G mobile hotspot; mainly. Then I use this redmi note 9 just to read a lot of stuff while I charging my main phone for hardcore gaming use.
Honestly, what can you get to do all that stuff with USD121?
For anyone who have multiple pokemon go account to manage, this is an excellent buy coz it run smooth & the battery is incredible.
So far, nothing bother me much for it performance. Snappy & no heat issue. I have another older 636 snapdragon redmi that really sluggish, occasional heating issue & drain battery very fast. 5020mah is a lot of juice on a 12nm chipset.

Tbh, that phone was great although the durability was never great. Idk if its mediatek's problem or Xiaomi's.

Apps eat data, electricity, and report to advertisers. Find them and turn them off. Delete the keyboard and install a less greedy keyboard. There are apps in the phone that do nothing, they are just inside and eating data and electricity.

And disable redundant apps from consuming data and electricity. They eat data, money and battery. Use Kespersky Battery saver to search for greedy and digusting applications.

Was good for the first day or two. Now the phone lags, apps freeze and the phone is unresponsive. The worst thing however is the keyboard. It auto fills words that aren't even close to what you're trying to say, the positioning and layout is terrible, and if typing quickly you might find yourself sending a bunch of sloth stickers for some reason. Stay away from this phone unless you want to break it in rage
