The best phone i have ever used, after 3 years the phone works perfectly, out performs everyone phone within the range in my camp. I'm waiting for MIUI 14 update. I'm now in love with Redmi. When I thought I had a problem, I discovered that my social media apps were in beta version, it wasn't from my phone. I wish my next phone should serve me like this.

I just got this phone and used it for around 10 days. The phone is decent and in good working condition for basic tasks such as messaging and web browsing. The only issue that I found inconvenient is that it automatically restart apps in the background, making multitasking not possible. Overall, given the price, I think it is a good phone for 3 year usage.

I owned this phone up until now, it actually has MIUI 13... and it totally borked it..
Especially because I own the 3 GB one.
Before Android 12 it was a pretty fast-ish phone.

I bought this phone around July of 2020, never dropped it, constantly updated the OS whenever it is available. The first problem was the keyboard/keypad would randomly vanish/exit whenever I was typing. The second one was whenever I was watching FB reels, the phone itself would randomly freeze and needed a hard reset (power button hard press). The third one was it would randomly freeze during certain parts of the phone's usage. Finally, it died and I was stuck in a continuous loop of the Mi logo.
Lasted about 2 years and 8 months before it finally died. Thank God, I can finally get rid of this phone.

Best use only for 1 year. After 1 year performance only reached 40-50%. After 3 years I'm no longer can play games smoothly.

It is the worst phone ever. It is useless. It freezes and crushes all the time. U can not open intagram because it will freeze and u have to restart it. U can not open maps because it will happen the same thing.

I've been using this phone for 2 years, and i love it, but i think they should add a dual app update bc it's annoying when I'm trying to log in, the app send me a via Gmail code and the notification won't pop out untill I went to the app and when I return to the log in page, it closed, so please fix your phone before i change my brand

kenya, 10 Jan 2023after i upgraded the os from 12.5 to 13.0, it got so slow and super laggy, it freezes my phone... moreyou can go buy Xiaomi 13 or Xiaomi Redemi 12 pro
