With the new update
1. Charging time has increased to approx 75-90 mins using stock charger.
2. Still killing 3rd party apps.

new 12.01 introduced lots of buds to mine.... games dont run correctly and crash alot and phone is generally alot laggier and glitchy

hello , i just want to ask if how many hours does it take to install the updated MIUI for redmi note 9 pro? I already intalled it my phone didnt open for more than 3 hours already, the MIUI appear on cellphone screen for too long unlike to my past update which is fast .

Update 12 stable 2.3 GB is great. Correct decreases internal storage by 2 gigs. No ghost touches etc. Phone rock stable screen more responsive. SOT is as good approx 12 hrs plus.
Only downside is probably due to increased security kills 3rd party apps. Low score on Don't kill my apps... approx 30!
Camera, audio all improved. No Wifi connectivity issues.
But am satisfied.

Got the update 12.0.1.0 stable, 2.3 GB. Installed. It's a bit early, but the phone seems lot better. Ghost touches gone, got floating vs split windows, more responsive screen. Charging time though seems increased from 22% to 100.
Let's see the effects on SOT.
At the moment am satisfied.

Maybe your 3x is fine ... moreHave you tried locking the app in Recents ? Also check those setting in Developer Options under Apps section.
Also is it possible that you are using a non Official Rom ? like something so called Distributor Rom

Maybe your 3x is fine because its on a custom rom, idk. But then again, both redmi 5 and redmi 9 ive used are on stock miui and the 9 performs obviously worse, so im assuming xiaomi ruined something in miui 12

Which one has better Wi-Fi, phone signal, better cam with good images and videos ?!
Mainly for Facebook, YouTube, browsing, WhatsApp, Duo and other chatting apps...
Did anyone use them for months or a year without any problems ?!
