I use the Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it is perfect in my everyday life. Everything works for me. He might be trolling, being a Xiaomi hater, considering how he just said nothing "basic" works without explaining what it is.

I'm using this phone for 3 days now and I would say the battery life is superb with fast charging ability. I love the camera specially the 60fps video quality..
I only have one question, it that really normal for a phone even its new to heat up when playing high graphics game like genshin impact?

After updating to MIUI 12, my game is not loading up completely when using the dual app functionalities of the phone. Checking all over the net to resolve it but to no avail. Then I contacted Xiaomi to resolve the issue. Havent heard anything from them. This same issue apparently appears since they started releasing this update.

The fingerprint sensor fails very often. Never happened with my other phones. Fingerprint sensor on tiny power button is a very bad idea.

Using this phone for more than a month. Everythings alright till now. Just auto rebooted 3/4 times out of nowhere, still don’t know why. But the performance is satisfactory.

Anonymous, 18 Nov 2020Unable to kill the processing apps with the recent update. Turn off your phone, than turn it on. Just restart won't solve issue.

I have being using RN pro for 4 month now and recently am having some issue like when I make a call to someone or I receive a call, I won't be able to hear the person voice will be cracking and pls can I return it to where I bought it from

It's the best phone I've used in a long time. Fast, perfect battery life, good RAM Management. I switched from the Galaxy A51 and I must say it was worth it! Although I noticed weak signal reception compared to the A51.
