bought mine 8.5.2020.. its a global version from china.. issues when im browsing browser get stuck sometimes i just close it and then open it again..the data signal is low im only getting HSDPA+ ... I fix it to just by changing the apn of my carrier here in canada so the data is good now faster not getting LTE.. getting 4G+ now it is fast too.. i didnt get an issue about wifi or camera.. wifi i suggest updating your router or get a better router.. but still waiting for that new update.....

Jo., 25 Aug 2020Nah, that's not about the phone or the charger, i think it is about "compatibility s... moreNot saying you are necessarily being given bad hardware but you usually have to come up with a workaround to make things work as they should instead of them anticipating and fixing potential issues before the customer gets into trouble, it's issue after issue with these phones, look what happened with Mi A3 customers, they were left to die alone with that buggy android 10 update and then they cancelled the series altogether.. not impressive customer support certainly.

After reset and copying the old phone setting again, the problem is still there. But if you did not copy the old phone setting, the problem is gone. So you conclude yourself.

I had Redmi Note 9 Pro (Global) Tropical Green colour and it had camera dust issue. When I searched Google many have been complaining about it. But some says it is only with this specific colour. Other colours are just fine. Some
say it happens only with 1% devices. Is that true? Please someonebguide me please. I'm just in love with this device but I can't bear it.

"Factory reset and do not transfer your old phone setting. Just set it manualy just pretend thie is your first android phone. Input your account 1 by 1, install app from playstore, and then use app like "cloneit" to copy the pictures, video, music, contact, etc from your old phone."
Isn't it just lovely that this starts happening to a phone just 2 days out of the box??
