This Phone is Goat imo . Till this date stable 60hz no lag for normal usage and I can play Pubg for 4hrs or 5hrs straight but only 40fps , there might be few downgrades after the Android 12 update but I didn't notice anything camera is downgraded little bit but still rocks . Battery changed now only I can use it for a day .

MIUI 14 causes problems so downgrade the OS by using TWRP (not magisk)
Proceed at your own risk, I will not be held accountable for the damages or data loss at your own stupidity during the process.
Pre-requisites: good cable to prevent disconnecting while flashing rom or else you'll end up bricked, PC/laptop, charge phone to at least 50%, good internet for downloading tools and ROM, command line knowledge and most importantly backup your data
1: unlock bootloader
2: download official or unofficial TWRP
3: flash TWRP
4: download Stock ROM from official website or alternatively Lineage Os
5: flash ROM
Risks: hard/soft brick, lose access to banking apps, might lose some features and high security vulnerabilities
What is magisk used for? Magisk is used for rooting not for flashing rom
Magisk pros and cons:
Pros: full access to device like overclock, delete bloatware and install linux deploys
Cons: lose access to banking apps, instability or bootloops
You can hide magisk to bypass safetynet however banking apps still detect unlocked bootloader blocking your access

After 4 years, the battery needs replacing. I get 3 hours of screen on time. There's ghost touch. The camera lags and takes really long to open. It was a good phone, but it's reached the end of its lifespan.
I'm switching to a Samsung Galaxy A35.

overall good phone I've been using this phone almost 3 years. at first i have problem with battery only for me it's normal cus I'm playing a game. after change new battery with new MIUI 14 update my phone starting to acting up keep restart whenever i open apps, my camera went black both front and back, battery drain faster even without I'm playing with it. is there a way to fixed this??

Regarding the battery drainage in latest update I should tell you that it was actually a miui 14 problem. My poco x4 gt had the same problem and was partially fixed when it got hyperos.
I also noticed some other Xiaomi phones which my family use had gotten worse with miui 14 too and got better after getting hyperos.

Mine still working great and fine except the front and rear glass scratch like hell, probably gonna replace the screen soon after I got some extra penny to fix it. I've so much memories with this phone. 😄

Run all the ... morei found out almost all xiaomi phone have ghost touch issue after last firmware update. 99% cause by update because xiaomi want user to buy new phone. You can fix it by flashing Lineage OS custom rom. No more ghost touch while unplug from charging or unlock phone. Don't recommend xiaomi phone.
