However you can change yours too in the phone settings.
I don't think the global upgrades are released. Only available for Europe(EEA).

the 13.0.2 is best update yet for this phone, using it since 2 years and half , new animations, new blur effect everywhere for 6 gb RAM only tho for the blur
battery is good, Ram management too , and games are smoother
I recommend this update.
