Looks like the redmi's or Xiaomi's recent update solved my phone's problem of fast discharging even if I don't leave it plugged into light a little more after reaching 100%

I updated after they posted 12.0.1 which was supposedly stable and now my phone will no longer have calls go through the handset only through speakerphone have not seen any fixes for this and it's hella annoying anybody got any info let me know thanks

Latest update ruined performance. A lot of my apps are now either unresponsive or very laggy. Hoping for a quick fix.

The selfie/ front camera toggle is not working for FaceBook live-streaming now. For some reason it works on Messenger, WhatsApp, ordinary camera... I hope this is fixed soon.
Another phone used on my FaceBook account works 100%- so it is clearly a Xiomi issue.

I'm experiencing unresponsive touch on some areas of my phone after I updated to the latest security patch. This sucks, now I can't use my phone properly. At first, I thought I was just having a tempered glass screen issue so I removed it but it doesn't fix it then I realized it was the update.
Don't update to the latest if you don't to experience this trouble.
