This phone is amazing, interms of design, performance and features. I cant believe how budget friendly this phone right now! just wow!

60-70% reviews here are negative. I was interested in buying it but not anymore.
Issues:
- WiFi signal issue
- Charging issue
- Heating issue in coldest month of year.
- Software issues like taking too long to restart & having to force restart it again, taking too long to open some files.
- Display issues
- Camera is not good unless you're outside
I'll consider Huawei Nova 7i or Poco X3 instead.

I've bought it one week ago and it's working very well so far. Far superior than Redmi Note 8. 6gb + 128gb global version.

The camera can be improved by installing a Gcam apk.

Had this phone for a couple of months now, no repairs and no physical damage. I got the 6gb ram 128gb storage model. Pros and cons of this phone:
Pros:
The phone has a fast processor which can run a lot of high end games and heavy apps. The features in this phone are very useful and the interface is organised, the refresh rate is good. Front and back Camera is not the greatest but it is very good compared to other phones, audio is just perfect, sensors are working as is, connection works fine.
Cons:
I just noticed most of the time whenever I restart or shutdown then boot the phone, the phone starts to heat up and stay stuck at the "Redmi" after few minutes of waiting I hold down the power button to boot it again and now it will boot properly. I noticed sometimes when playing a game with a communication app on the background, the game will crash and the phone will stay stuck on a black screen and heat up and needs rebooting. One more thing is the audio jack, it's sometimes inverted for some reason. The system says there's a headset connected when there isn't and it will say there is none when I plug my headset and also to fix this problem I need to restart where restarting the phone can cause a problem as well. The MIUI is really not that great and full of ads, the music player is bad, the video player is limited, basically the MIUI services are not so great.
Conclusion:
Overall the phone is great and It's really easy to use compared to my previous phone which is really outdated and slow. The problems are frustrating but I can fix them with just rebooting and even though the MIUI is crap, It dont really get in the way of my usual habits in this phone.
