I bought Xiaomi redmi note 9S -4 Ram and 64 storage 5 weeks ago its performance is very good but suddenly the ear peace stopped working, and i had to use loud speaker. Xiaomi in Egypt fixed it by replacing the damaged part.
anyone got this problem with this model and how to contact the headquarter to complain about this? i dont think i will recommend this model / brand anymore because of the after sale support.

Anonymous, 02 Feb 2021You had a problem after installing this update. Was it via OTA or did you force it yourself?Users in India got Android 11 update through OTA. Update is labelled as Stable Beta. Also its available to download on miui forums.

I have received miui 12.0.3 oti global update (2.3GB size) few days ago. But i am facing an issue which i had never before. When update package completes downloading it fails to verify the package and says it couldn't verify the package and says its unofficial ROM, though i have downloaded it from the its own updater app. Also when i try to install it via choose package option it still ends giving error. Does anyone have a solution or facing the same ?
