Xiaomi Android Announcement

Xiaomi finally made its AirDots Pro truly wireless earbuds official. They look a lot like Apple's AirPods and aim to provide an alternative to the latter minus the price premium. The buds will set you back just CNY 399 ($60) and will be available starting January 11.

The Mi AirDots Pro offer plenty of features as well. They weigh just 5.8g each and work with Android and iOS devices as well as Windows notebooks.

The best part is that both buds can function independently from one another without affecting the sound quality. The buds boast 7mm neodymium iron boron drivers in addition to the titanium-plated diaphragm for improved frequency response. The AirDots Pro also come with active noise cancellation for calls.

Other functionalities include touch controls for music, calls and voice assistant.

According to Xiaomi, the dots can go up to 10 hours on a single charge and can be fully charged in just one hour.
