I think the above is a common issue for most devices.
Other than that if it heats up for no reason, then there is definitely some problem with your tab.

Awesome experience with this tab.
I'm using from last 6 mnths no lags at all.
Battery backup also good.
Frnds I suggest to play 'god fire' game on it, u will definitely know abt this tab.

hey did any one note that after updating it on 5.1 antutu benchmark score has been from 36000 to 39000 but they say this device isn't verified even when u are connected to internet there injusice:god among us says ur device isn't officially supported .

I just bought the tablet before a week. it has Android 4.4.2. i tried to play NFS Most Wanted.
the audio stuttered and lots of lag. after that i have upgraded to Android 5.1 now. its smooth and audio problem solved. but the battery is getting drained so quick. how to factory reset it.

If anyone who upgraded to 5.1 faces issues with heating or charging related problem. Factory reset your tab, it fixed my problems.

Just updated my XOLO play Tegra Note to Android 5.1 OTA..Performance has slightly improved, RAM management is better now and Gaming is smooth as always. Tested with NFS Most Wanted and Marvel Contest of Champions. UI is essentially like stock Android hence its fast. Feels like a Nexus 7. Direct Stylus launcher is also updated. Only con I noticed is that Battery Life has taken a hit and reduced from 4.4.2. But its only early and it might improve later. Another feature I am badly missing is the ability to switch between Battery Saving and Performance Mode,they have removed it completely and kept it by default on Balance Mode. Otherwise,the update was a much needed boost and breathes new life in the note..Thanks NVIDIA!!
