User, 04 Aug 2014am using this product. i upgrade the os jelly bean to kitkat, after the update it was not work... morebefor one week i have purchage but sudunly its hang nad i am unable to hear the caller voice and need to alow in speaker mode , no any positive responce from CS . freind dont go for xolo ,

2 month ago I am buying a xolo 1000 opus its a very money less cellphn so plz don't buying a xolo feel phn its a big problem for users

for one month it was working awesome
all of sudden my phone went dead while playing game
took to service centre got it repaired
now the normal speaker isnt working but the loudspeaker works fine
the worse...
after the kitkat update my games are not working properly loosing the network and the touch is totally fucked up....

Its a very help full for you....after upgrading this device from service center ..once you need to update some applications. Just follow the steps:setting-about phone-software update-check for used date.updates will be available of jist 18 mb..you need to do this dkz 4.4.2 has been old for 7 months..

am using this product. i upgrade the os jelly bean to kitkat, after the update it was not work properly and audio 3.5mm jack also not worked. so i contact the service centre in salem area, they send the mobile to noida, but the problem not solved, and also delay the time more than two month. it is a waste company and service provided also. so friends don't get the product...

I have buy this phone and its very nice phone and i update its android version in 4.4.2 then it works very smouth and all softweres are running well no problem is occured.....its nice phone

A very bad bad mobile.....after one month use the mo was fully dead.....the service center replace me a old mobile with differend colour and different imei number......and this mobile also dead same day in service centre....now i m fully depressed.service centre says that it will b replace again with in one month......so friends never b think to buy xolo....

am using q1010i ..I got KitKat update.. via ota... I installed.... now am using KitKat.. but after update phone not receiving proper siginal.. I mean network issue.... how can I solve dis issue....

Reagan H, 25 Jul 2014Was using a Lava Iris 504Q since June 2013, came with 4.2.1 out of the box. The handset was ... moredont update, thrs nothing new in kitkat. and battery drains fast in kitkat.

Xolo Service is very Poor. I bought a mobile after one month problem. The service is 2 months.
