I brough Xolo q1010...it's a brand new one week old..Now I have two issues 1) It displays yellow line 2) Wifi/Mobile data turns on automatically.
Funny thing is...they have a spell mistake..it says "Slient" instead of "Silent".
On top of this, Xolo customer care is handicapped and don't even know what customer care is all about...They ask me to visit service center which is 230+KM from Trivandrum. I wonder if city like Trivandrum doesn't have authorized service center??

I have purchased new phone one month back and faced 2 issues:
1] Internet connection is intermittent (automatically gets disconnected and connected)
2] Memory card sometimes was not detected.
After giving to service center for 15 days 1st issue is unresolved whereas 2nd issue is still under verification. After sales service is poor since the center is not equipped for addressing such issues and the handset was sent to Delhi for repair from Pune.
Whoso ever considering to buy Xolo should consider all these aspects.

Hii ...ive Bought New Xolo q1010i .its Very good
But I M Facing Very Unique Problem That ..when I Open Up My Mobile Camera and Close It then Mobile Starts Working Slow...and Then I Have To Close Up The Mobile And Again Start It ..then It Works Fine ..
I don't know Whether This Problem Is With My Cellphone Or With Everyone ...but Its Not Good ..otherwise The Handset Is Best ..
