I have 2 questions:
1: I need to change the resolution on the camera, is that possible? I know that with Samsung and LG it is easy, but here I cant find it.
2. I am trying to download an external app (not through the plasytore) but it downloads as text only, what can I do about that?

Aft... moreTry charging the phone even if nothing happens let it charge for a while keep checking it and stop the charging if it gets too hot, once sufficient time has passed try turning it on.
Sometimes the voltage level on the battery drops to low level below 2 V or so, so charging will increase this voltage to 3.5+ and the phone might turn on.

Nick, 16 Dec 2014guyz.. i have been using q1010i frm past 4 months. i have got ota kitkat update but i didnt up... moreI have kitkat version and so far i have not been able to find any bug. There is this one thing though that sometimes volume up key stops working but it happens rarely and and all i have to do is to restart the phone and it starts working fine.

Very good phone but I have a problem with sound buttons it does not work some times so I have to restart it every time when it don't work..... Is there screen shot for it??????
