Dear Xolo users friends,
I have a Xolo q1010i phone using past a month. I face only one problem is screen quality. This not a mater. But many comments says battery down. New users please understand the following command. After purChase, don't put to charge the phone. Continue to use and fully dry the battery went to automatically switched off. Then in to charge continuous 8 hrs with out switch on. After charged on and use again to full discharge and switch off and put to charge 8 hrs. Again again 3 times do this. Battery life fully optimised. Dear friends, when you want to charge the battery is when the phone went to dead. Dead means switch off. Don't charge the battery before the fine went to power saving mode. Whenever you want to charge the phone don't use it. It want rest when charging. Battery only give pure DC current. The charger not giving pure DC voltage. In that time all circuits use non pure DC volt it may be variable and directly use the charger current. It will affect circuits and components. Dry the battery and put to charge 2 hrs or as per manufacturers recomadations. Don't use the phone when charging. Don't put the phone in charging full knight.

please anybody solve my problem i bought xolo q1010i already kitkat update it is very good phone but one problem with me both sims are on 2g network full signal strength but on 3g network half signal strength is gone(it shows half signal on 3g) please solve my problem

When I click on, it said camera cannot be connected , then I restarted it, rear cam work fin but not front, it hangs when I click on front cam everytim.

I have updated m... morei am using xolo 1010i i upgraded to kitkat and also 12mb update, but i m facing network issue can u pls help me out my secand sim automatically disappear for 10 minutes then comes, what to do i not able to use internet it is also slow

unfortunately software update has stopped message is coming when I click 'New Update Available'. I already updated to 4.4.2, xolo photo x and etc applications long back. but today I am getting this problem.
It's always showing New update available but no use.
