This phone has capacitive touch buttons but still... moreYa bro...it appears in every 1010i after KitKat update...its problem of proper configuration for touch buttons... I think xolo don't test properly before releasing updates...
Its not big deal just lil bit annoying..
We can't do anything about it..so ignore it..
xolo customer care service is best. they attend the calls timely. i purchased xolo a800 it was working nicely. but unfortunately display ge damaged nd i deposited my mobile at xolo care.. after 1 month they returned me a brand new xolo q700i because my mobile was irepairable. instead of old xolo a800 i got new xoloq700i.benefit for me. xolo care service is best.
Don't know why people say xolo service is poor I bought a xolo q800 and it broke down after 11 months and 14days.I submitted it to the service centre. It took almost a month to get my phone back.what happened was xolo gave me a brand new q1010i coz my old handset was irreparable.now I feel lucky that I bought a xolo.
Now my phone is in hang of condition....anyone can tell me how to restart it...I can't remove the battery

This phone has capacitive touch buttons but still then it shows a virtual button in many apps like WhatsApp, Gmail, etc. That virtual button is present in right hand side upper corner. it has three square dots vertically arranged.
Has anyone also experienced it.?

Hi frnds. I've planed to buy this mobile. but lot of pepople says why you cant buy moto g. Because moto g look good apperance and revaluable. But this mobile not revaluable. But this mobile have good specification better than moto g and price also. So anybody say which mobile can I buy?
Before purchasing the any Xolo Smartphone, please visit the xolo service center and get experienced yourself, its horrible, and the service center people don't even the knowledge of the product....
