I used xolo q1010i now it abt to b one year but problem come out shutdown problem can u help me what is problem ?? Or its due battery problem or other .need help.

I just want to upgrade memory card into 32gb in my xolo q1010i. Someone told me that with 32gb it will hang definitely. Plz help me can I use 32gb memory card.

select factory reset and all should be ok.

A month back I got the OS upgraded to 4.2 (KitKat) from the Xolo service centre while getting something fixed. No problems till now, everything working great.
So yes, you can upgrade to the Xolo's official 4.4 upgrade, that should work fine.

It was working so good..... I like it's camera clarity .....it is much better battery backup also.....it is so best mobile phone than other phones......
