i m using xolo q1010i from last 6 month afterfew update to kitkat m facing a problem that i cannot drag nd drop any thing in the screen a upper part of screen cant support touch so plz guyes hlp me to solve this

i have buyed xolo q1010i two days before and today i went to settings. the apps or menu in the middle of the screen. when i want to go to it its magnified i can't find the problem.

I am using this phone for last 6months.Best phone in this price range but the service is utter flop..Mine s a small battery issue.I given the phone to service on 12th jan and now it is 18th feb. Still no response from the service side.Pls dont go for this phone if u care abt d future services

I bought Q1010i before 6 months before. Once battery is exhausted it is not working. Xolo company is cheating customer. Dealers are not accepting as far the warrante rules. Help me.

shiv, 03 Feb 2015Hello frnds i want to know about xolo q1010i battery charging time my mobile take up to 3:30 hours It depends on various situations. If any resource hungry app is running in the background, then also it can happen.
Similarly, if you are using any battery saver app, it also hinders with the charging.
Test with two factors, charge with phone in switched off mode. And do a factory restore and then see, if the problem remains the same. Else, its battery terminal problem.
