Even after removing the external storage, you will get the same error,
Restart your device and don't do it again.

Any one please confirm how to enter engineering mode as the code *#*#3646633#*#* is not working for Q2000.

Yes as all said it is good by some times i have followed all the problems all guys had here by for the money we buy this phone we also have to have some compromises need to really work on the qulity of photos and the software also. the touch some times pisses you off at times.

OTG is not working.Whenever i insert a pen drive through the OTG cable,it shows "preparing the external usb storage" but does nothing and gallery stops working every time.what to do?

Nyc set . u can update it from xolo.in, for it go in support section there. Working very smooth. I wil recomond it . customer support is increasing day by day . they are cooperative, if u have any problem u can mail at there customer care email address , they wil reply u . thanxs. ®

Noticed some unknown behavior with my phone last night.
The three backlit capacitive touch buttons, namely the menu, home and back keys, which are located below the display seemed to stopped working .It seemed to be like a software issue . Tried rebooting ,took of the battery but still no Go .
It started giving me pain and made me frustrated while using what's app and fb . Rebooted the phone ,downloaded a 3rd part softkey app ISSUE FIXED.
Now after 24hrs I don't see this issue anymore ,phone is working like old days without problem not sure what went wrong why it happened . If it happen's again ill take it to the repair center and lets see they say as a feedback.
Guys has anyone else faced this issues ? and does anyone knows where is the soft-reset button located in this phone.

This phone is superb. I recommend others too to buy XOLO phones as there prices are economical and they try to give good stuff in comparison to other foreign brands

I bought the q2000 handset february in bangalore. the handset is simply superb. After 10 days, I had a problem with speaker. I gave to service center. they said the phone will be sent to the company for repair. Even after one month I have not received my handset and they are not giving any information.

I bought Xolo Q2000 handset on 9th march 2014 from indiatimes.com and had it only for 4 days. on 4th day itself the touch had some problem. 5th day 14.3.2014, I could not unlock the mobile cos touch was not working. I gave the mobile to service on 17th march 2014. Till now no response from customer care except the words "please wait. It will be given as early s possible". They cannot even tell a date on which I can have my handset. I recommend not to buy any xolo product since the customer care is so poor.
