I bought this phone in june very much impressed with bulid quality. The phone fits well in hand though it has 6" screen cause the phone is slimmer.. The best oart is its battery back up. I could usw the phone upto 20 hrs of constant use from 100% charge. The only problen is camera is very bad in low light.sound is also good in loud speaker . in call volume shuold ve been better.
Display is good viewing angle is also nice...
Bought this phone after so many reviews and search in google. This phone is best in this price range.
As this phone has less popularity than the other xolo models the kitkat update may get delayed..
I am using it for the past 4 months. First of all this is the cheapest phone with such a big screen and descent specs. I got it for 13.5K. I have never experienced any lag even while playing HD videos or HD games. Personally I would suggest this phone for anyone who is looking for a good phone to browse and watch videos. Only downside is still XOLO hasn't provided the Kitkat update. Usually even good phones have a lot of bad reviews as only frustrated users tend to provide a review than a satisfied. In that case, this phone has lot of positive review. So in my opinion just got for it if you are not an ardent gamer. even Asphalt games run smooth. I am not a extensive gamer. But if there is anyother game which consumes more time and space than Ashphalt, then you need to go for a 2GB RAM spec. there are some phones out in the market which has a 2GB Ram, but still sucks to play many games due to poor hardware optimization. Micromax Knight is the best example for it. Unlike these poorly optimized phone, I feel that Xolo q2500 is optimized for a good performance and thats the reason for its lot of happy customers.
I'm using this phn for past 2 months, it is really good pn at 14 k. big screen and long battery life r its plus points....I don't have issue of lagging...for those who want budget phn with good specific go for it
xolo q 2500 now I am using this divice from last 1 and half month. but I don,t have any problem yet. only the one thing sound is not perfect
Guys, in my honest opinion, I wish I would not have bought this phone at the first place. We should not buy the phone just because we are getting it in cheap. Any idea how to upgrade to the latest android on this mobile? I am hoping that it would fix many issues.

bt only satisfy its better then samsung mobiles...

from my personal experience i think you should completely avoid Xolo/Lava phones you would be wasting your money and will only have headache after you purchase any of these phones even if they entice you with those specs actually all the hardware which they use is cheapest ones which and i believe their latest flagship device xolo 8x-1000 might be the same which is useless crap with Hive funda how can they advertise saying they want to connect with the customers if their customer service people don't even give any heed to its customers. I think within few months the brand Xolo or Lava might be wiped out from the Indian market unless they do something with the quality of the handsets they outs in the market. It looks like they give order to some cheap factory in Guangzhou with their logo stamped in the phones. For me I would never ever buy from this company even if they bring out the best phone in the market. I am done with it.
i ve bought xolo q2500 but i ve not faced any problem since now and m dam happie coz i m having one frnd who is using samsung mega 5.8 he bought that phone 4 24k and i bouht it in 14k nad ve same feauters infact some games like fifa 14 robocop maxpane galaxy 11 crash in his phone but not in my phone it is really smooth but i m having one issue with xolo brand they launched xolo q2000 at 10000 and it have more feauters then xolo q2500

Xolo haven't released kitkat update yet. To sum it up I luv my phone and feel happy for purchasing it. P.S : I have not yet rooted, using stock.
i have seen all the specs..all are good.. people attract with that specs.. but its weight is 210gm which is too heavy. and not easy to handle.. otherwise the design n all other specs r best.. but if drop ur phone even once then u cant expect that ur screen has not broken. :p
i was a micromax user b4 buying this xolo..i hav used this xolo for a month and its d best experience i had with an android..m a developer and i recommend every low budget ppl to buy this ..coz of key specs:
1.6'screen(best for gaming and movies)
2.design with soft buttons(handy)
3.battery..it last for 1.5 days(dam good)

and can you post why screen becomes bad af... moreI'm using my phone (Xolo Q2500) in Aizawl City, Mizoram State, NE India.
The staff from Service Centre in Aizawl City has told me that I have to submit my phone for at leadt 3 months to repair the screen display problem. The display problem appear after 11 days from the date of purchased.
i bought one 1 month before,functionality all good, but touch screen is so vulnerable that it will break even with small impact,
and so i gave it for service now but no reply from the service team from last 1 month,every time i have to call and ask ,and same reply "next week",worst service ever
