My internal memory is decreased after upgrade. It shows only 0.98 gb. Always apps fail to install. Please help me

hi i bought xolo q3000 8 months before its so nice but now i am having problem with mobile signal.i am not getting mobile signal inside the room....and off butten are not working properly some times its hanging so bcs of that automatically calls are going then headset port are not working so wat should i do now
??

Internal app memory changing to 4gb is better than a reduction in phone memory as u don't use all that phone memory but more use of App memory is needed.

It has so many Issues !!
If you carry Phone to service center , they will keep the same with them for 1 month...
