I have purchased this phone in October 13 but with in warranty period the battery died and the worst part nether company nor market have this battery company is not responding on battery issue how will this brand survive if they don't have battery in warranty period itself how they will provide any part after warranty.

Hi everyone I buy xolo q700 in 6 Nov. And after some months I am facing the battery problems my battery was little bit swelled and when I went to xolo service centre they refuge to enrolled it into warranty ......
I hardly recomment to all not to purchase xolo q700....

I am the one i am also facing problem in battery
--- poor sound quality
--- network Problems
--- battery backup is not good
I brought XOLO Q700 few months ago.
I experienced problems with the Battery and also found that many users are having the same issue.
The battery gets expanded.
Also,suddenly one day ..only XOLO is displayed on the screen.
When i went to the service centre , the support staff said that the mobile might have been in contact with water..which was not at all true.
XOLO should address the user Complaints and try to fix it as soon as possible instead of arguing with the precious customers and providing a delayed service.
THEY should agree to the fact that their batteries are not good.
The worst service I have ever seen. The battery has gone within 6 months. Even the batteries are not available anywhere, even with the service centre. And service centre people are not able to tell when the battery will come even after one month. Pl. don't go for this product.

Xolo has been mum on the battery bloating issue, and it's important that consumers are aware of the brand and it's promise. I'm sure the authorities are hand in glove with Indian manufacturers, so it's our duty to make sure that the company starts giving a damn for its consumers.
I urge all of those who are suffering from the lack of after sales service to raise their voice against the company through social media, atleast we can make a dent on their sales for such shoddy treatment. Xolo, it's time you raise your game, you've done a lot to understand the needs of consumers through your market research for new products. Make sure you have a positive word of mouth reverberating through your existing consumer base.
