Anonymous, 14 Sep 2013i hv purchased xolo q700 a month ago.it was working fine.i dont know how but somehow the phone... moreI too have the same problem, a line starts appearing after 3 months and now the display went blank . Its the problem of faulty hardware. when it worked fine i was happy and started recommending it to friends but now i am the laughing stalk among them many warned me but i was stubborn and now i curse my self for buying this mobile. to make matters worse the service center has not given my mobile in 2 months. Let me tell you how tricky this XOLO people are they have no direct service center , they have pickup points and you have to give the phone there(these people are not XOLO employes they are just mobile shop owners ) . after that they will sent mobile through mail or by hand to service center closest to them. This way when you go and ask the pick up points they say we dont know any thing ask XOLO (which is true they dont actually know any thing ). then you call their crappy customer care and they will always ask to call after 48 hrs and no new updates are available. its been 2 months i dont know what happen to my mobile. i keep calling if i am lucky i get the line. that to after many tries. many people are there like me who are cheated and since XOLO have no office buildings you cant reach them also if any problem comes. Please spread to friends dont buy XOLO. there are very few who have got a good device you people are lucky but most of them dont and some dont tell it outside cause they are ashamed that they got cheated, but i came over that and i dont want anyone else to suffer like me. may my experience be a lesson to all , if you are spending 9000 spend it on some thing worth it dont fall for the features it is no good if you cant use it at all.
Please dont go of XOLO, the service is bad and i havent got my mobile after i gave it to repair yet, its been 2 month i think i will never get it . call center and they will tell you ," u will get a message after repair thats it". If you have read this and still plan to go through and buy this mobile , u will regret it after some problem come for your phone and the service is poor, the choice is yours but dont tell u weren't warned.
hi friends i give new idea go play store download dask manager and after we have easy to apps move to sd card and delete apps.force stop apps and extras. other way download app to sd cart or app manager.

I bought xolo q700 . this phone is very good .thought is very responsible. I played Sony xperia l and Samsung galaxy s does but they are hanged many time but Colo is played very smoothly. good btry backup good sound and all the best .thanks Colo.

don't buy Xolo Products they have very poor support,
they say they give Door Step service, but they pick your product after one week of complaint, and say it will be delivered back in 5-7 work days, but they simply don't return, and they have no way to track the process.
their TOLL FREE no. they simply don't work, you have to keep calling through the day.
I got lucky around 5:00PM to 6:30PM(IST) couple of time, but the only update you get from the Call center that your product is in repair, and will be delivered once its repaired.
still waiting to get it back.
do keep a spare phone with you. if you want to purchase XOLO phone.
