Guys, I'm Kiran Ramagiri from Hyderabad, In short Xolo Q800 is one of the worst phone I have ever come across, I have 101 reason to justify the statement.
Long story short, With all my foolishness I have brought this crappy device..it was going normal with lags and hangs for two months..Xolo didn't want to see me happy and out of blue they pushed the "Awesome" update and screwed up everything.. Eventually lags and hangs got more worse on top Camera app got disappeared its just random "Cannot connect to camera" or just "Green screen" or Just Hang over there.. it is on its own.
Here is the best part, I've been to Xolo Service Center is Hyd, The moment I step in I see people shouting at service center guys..SC guys trying to convince them with some lame answers.. it was fun watching though..then I started explaining the issue.. with a sudden interruption he took the device and said its a known issue and asked me to come back after 20days. Waiting for 20 days I called them, one week more..After one week went to more one week..waiting for 4 weeks asked me to collect the device. With all the anxiety I reached service center but it didn't last for much time. They screwed up everything..my phone looks more worse than previous.. they changed used&damaged(that's not mine)covers..screen was with full of scratches.. I didn't accept my phone and asked for explanation they asked for week time to order the damaged parts..I recognised my mobile only with IMEI number. One week went for one month..after several calls to service center, customer care and emails.. I got response from them to collect the phone. I was totally fed up with this guys and their level of customer support. Collected device..Camera appears to be fixed..but the IMEI is different..when I asked for explanation..they said the same will be updated on server..the device is replaced so got a new IMEI. It's not acceptable but still I do not have any other option..I took the device reached home.. camera issue is back right on that day..I got some additional issues too...
Call customer center or write a email to them..that doesn't make any difference to them. I can't explain how worse the service was. This is only crappy device this will waste your precious time and money. Believe me you will regret every second for buying this. I have spent half of my life calling and roaming around service centers, for the matter of fact it is more with Xolo guys than with me..
Request to everyone, please do not go for Xolo Q800 for that matter any Xolo devices. Pay lil more and go for known brands in the market.
These guys are D-bags and I hate Xolo to the core.

My friend bought this phone on Feb. 12, 2014. Having problem of weak signal, she rushed to Cell Care of Xolo. Without any investigation, they flushed the system and crashed, on 5th march 2014. The cellcare said they send it to the manufacturing company for repair. So, till now, after 3 months, no progress had been heard. Is this supposed to be? or aftercare is bad for Xolo?
Because if this, i cannot rate this phone a good brand.
