Anonymous, 24 Apr 2014Why is there a huge difference in price of q800 and q800 x edition, past post says that its 4.... morebro. its superb mobile. buy it. i just baught it yeasterday. i used gionee e3, samsung grand duos, micromax turbo, samsung core, n etc mobile. but xolo is best brand. camera quality is not like samsung but better from micromax, gionee n etc mobile. n in other performance its better than samsung and all mobile. in samsung mobile emulator games not working properly but in it its absutely fine. no camera prob no sound prob... best buy phone. buy xolo q800x.

Why is there a huge difference in price of q800 and q800 x edition, past post says that its 4.2 update is faulty , camera and other stuff dont work after update, pls give your feedback have to buy a cellphone in a week

i purchased xolo q800 X edition on April 6 2014
Really awesome phone in this range of price i buy rs 8900
back cover of golden pattern is awesome yaar.
Advantages:
1)quad Core 1.2ghz with 1 gb ram amazing yaar.
2)Gaming experience was awesome all HD games work properly without any issue.(NFS mw,asphalt8 etc)
3)8mp HD Camera Clarity was very good HDR mode available 1080 playback + record also+ Flash.front camera 1.3Mp and Front is also very good clarity.
4)battery life very good 2100 MAh full working on wifi and playing games.otherwise only calling 2 days.
5)touch response is good.
6)Sound quality is Good but not very good on speaker but earphone quality is very high awesome.Display Quality is awesome ips display with 5 finger touch support 1080HD video and display response is very nice.
7)internal memories is 1.75 available for user.and 32 gb external support.
8)updates and security software and support available from XOLO and inbuilt apps also der.xolo (xolo secure ,xolo care & xolo power amazing apps from xolo which give u best support from xolo).
9)wifi and 3g speed was very good.
when i purchased this cell its working on 4.1 on the same day i got updates from xolo 4.2.2.
on xda kitka 4.4 also available for XOLO q800
disadvantage:
1)Little bit Heating on high and continues used.
2)No OTG support.
3)Night clearity of photo is not good but its ok.
4)NFC not der. (which not required)
5)earphone and charger quality is low.
6)No accessories available in market accept flip cover.
i really like my phone in 9000 range u will get this feature which very nice.
if u want to buy closed ur eyes and buy dis phone its really nice and good phone.dont worry about service its all depends on ur used if u dont know how to used android then definitely u will go in xolo service center.:)

jst dont west yr money....evrything is best but bettry is to loose.....bettry is down frm 100 to 50% without use....its true....I get mobile xoloq800 jst in few day ago and this problem occure

Which translates to below differences:

Excellent video clarity. Must use high end headphones for better music sound. Use sennheiser pmx60 headphones for excellent sound output. By using these headphones sound quality is awesome.
Xolo 800 X-Edition having panorama effect.
