When I call to yu center the tell me to hand over it to the nearest micromax center firt they refuse to take my phone & when they take my phone to repair or to send it to the yu center they take about more than one(1) month yo replace it.
There care service is very bad

You got a problem with the Yuphoria on the CM 12 Build, then why are you saying not to go for any other Yu Phone? Makes no logic. In fact, the Yuphoria on CM 12.1 is much more improved and has a better overall Working and Experience as compared to the Yuphoria on CM 12. The bigger point is, the Yuphoria is not a phone that stands to compete with the likes of S7 Edge+, Yutopia, Mi 5 etc. so if you were expecting Software Refinement of their level, you are at fault and not the phone. The Yuphoria is much smoother than most phones in it's competition. SIM Related tasks like using Data, Calling, Messaging etc. are the tasks where all phones need a break as they are the most Power Sucking and Heavy tasks.
2. Servicing of no Brand, in Specific is good, all brands provide Sub-Par Servicing as compared to normal Repair Centers. My friend has a J7 and it's Screen Broke in 3 Days after buying with a Pocket-Level fall and it is already 3-Weeks past and Samsung has not yet repaired it and is demanding more time! I have an iPad 2, I didn't use it since 3-4 months, so I tried all the Passwords I remembered, none worked and the iPad got permanently Disabled, the Service Centre demanded INR 5,000 JUST for Hard Resetting the iPad 2, which is less than a Hour's work and I could do for Free via iTunes on my PC(But my PC didn't support the iPad for some reason)! I had an LG G2 and it lost the Capability to Hold charge in less than a Year, so the Service Centre took us 23 Days (3.5 Weeks) to replace the Battery of a "Flagship". Next point is, do you know how many people go to Yu/ Micromax Service Centres for the Shittiest of Reasons? Almost ALL! Some reasons are- I want my Headphones replaced as they are damaged. My phone is overheating, I want it to be replaced. The battery isn't working for long so I want it to be repaired. and many more. If people like this give time for the Service Centre from these stupid problems, then it can give time to Important and Real Replacement and Repairing Issues.
3. You are saying us to got to the "Bug Report" or "Consumer Forum" Section of the Yu website which is obvious to be filled with Complains because firstly, it IS for complains and secondly, people buying Indian Brands come with Preconceived Notions that they are shit, but forget the fact that ALL Phones have problems and can't be perfect and go to the Consumer Court! You see, even Samsung, LG and Apple have equally and even more disturbing Problems, but we being Civilians should be practical and think why it must have happened! Apple has no reason for that shit, Samsung and LG also give me practically Zero Reason why that happened with me, but still, I didn't complain though I can easily get them sued! I too was first frustrated when Yu took 2.5 Weeks for my Phone Repair, but when I saw the pressure on the Yu Service Centres from Idiots who want Servicing for their Stupid things (which I mentioned above and can't be mended!), now I am feeling that Yu takes care of Consumers a lot despite all those Idiots. Yes, some phones come to kill some problems like the Gionee Marathon to kill Battery Problems, Notion Ink Cain to remove Screen Brightness problems, Moto X Force to remove Shttering Screens etc. but no phone is perfect (including the ones I specified) and has it's own cons. Thirdly, you know people remember God only when they are in trouble and Pray, same way people come to the Company's Forums to complain when they face trouble and never to praise. Many people have good Experiences with Yu 21 Out of 23 Yu Users in my Friends Circle and Locality are Happy with it, but NONE of them gave a good review whereas the two people who are having a Bad Experience have a say abusing the company on the Yu Forum! Sums up why Yu has so many complains!

The previous YU phones were quite in satisfactory. I had own the YU yureka. I was disappointed with it.But yestarday 17 June I got this phone YU yunicorn.I am happy with it.I have my luck a chance.It is up to the mark.
1. Resolution is superb.
2. Fingerprint sensor is fast
3.camera gave an impressive impression.
And it is a looker and it looks like HTC one m8 or the iPhone.
Battery backup is so goog that u can go for it.

Got the phone last week.
There is no heat issue..
Rear Camera is a big flop...
Battery backup is amazing...
Put a 128gb micro sd and a 64gb, both are not recgnzd by phone...does anyone have this problem?

I got my phone replaced in 2 months . Very bad service . aND THE PROBLEM IN MY PHONE IS VERY SMALL ( soft bricked ) the technition of this brands are not good and they
don't know how to wake up any soft bricked phone . first time I got my phone in 2 months ..and after some days it become again soft bricked . So I go to service centre and there they told me that I have to submit MY phone and I will get my phone replaced or
repaired in minimum 1.5 months then I decided to not give my phone to service centre and I tried myself to wake up my phone and I got sucess ...oh techy guys of this company are not good even they don't know how to flash a mobile phone ...very very poor service by YU
