as a dealer my suggest dont buy this phone,battery drain vary fast & phone take over heat always in speaker side.
1 of the most worst company ever made in all over the world... my mobile is 2 months old... BT, I am facing so many problems... like, sensor problem+ can't getting 100% charge+ restart automatically + sometimes black and white screen + headphone is not working+ heating problem+ .....+....+...+....
so guyezz, don't waste your money bought this phone.... a am totally unsatisfied for buying this phone....

Yes yu 5010 Mobile is giving trouble after December updates,my WiFi suddenly stopped working,it is always not reachable if somebody calls,I have to reboot it so many times in a day.

very bad customer support.I am facing lots of problem like heating,apps frequently stop working ,headphone not working .They said you get replacement within 2 working days ,but after 45 days not respond from them.No customers support.Heavy call charges on customer support.

Its a good budget smart phone purchased on may 2015 but January 2016 there was a software update for phone .But after updating, it started giving me problem frequently like restarting problem .
Worst customer support...Phone started losing network and customer support was prompt to issue a replacement. It took 4 calls to generate waybill number....they said within 15 working days you will get replacement delivered....after 15 days they said due to technical issue shipment was not delivered again 15 days time period was taken...meanwhile warehouse issue was sorted and it was promised that shipment will be delivered in 7 days still it is not delivered after 45 days and each time I call they apologies and commit to deliver in 7 days ..worst ever customer support
I purchased a mobile phone name is YUPHORIA 5010.It is a good brand name and it is sponsered by micromax.i purchased on 24 sep .My phone is too good not any problem.Its camera is too good front and back .my battery is charged in 55 min and fully charged i.e 100%.android version is 5.1.1 and cynogen is 12.1 and i update time to time.fast charged.

I Sent to the Service Center for replace display of amount 2299 on 3rd dec
but still not get back my device

This phone have various issue like heating, speaker problem, dial pad not respond properly, proximity sensor not works properly etc, But all of them heating problem is main issue as it disturb the operation & comfort during use.
