I want to buy yu yuphoria. Is there any issue in this phone after the update.( I am an average phone user). Does this phone heats up after about 20 min of internet usage and does this phone lag??

phone is good but the service they are providing after any problem coiing is worst very worst....
i am sharing my experiance with you. i got my yuphoria phone on 29 th of july. but on 10th of august it got damaged and its display is broken.
on that day i call to yu support for its replacement. and they give me commitment of replacing it within 7 days at the cost of rs 2284.
but when the phone came ot me. it was totally froud and i was asked to pay 6999 for the same.
till today i have not got my phone back to me and it is between yuphoria care and the delivery person.
so my keen request is that never never never buy yuphoria phone

customer support is pathetic.
phone is good but if any problem occurs(which will in sometime) it solely up to you. they are not goin to help you.
they don't even know how to talk to a customer.
it has been 8 days and still no answer to my problem.. be careful
