Phone as such is excellent if it works. However, BUY IT ONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
bought this phone in January 2015 and it just died on April 12th. Nothing could make it work. Then began the ordeal of trying to get support. Sent a mail to service team on the 13th and received a reply on the 17th with the suggestion of flashing it. Kindly note that we cannot try to reply to the mail and expect further support - the mail will bounce back. It is a one way communication only.
Tried calling the 1860 number of the call centre to be informed that I should check the number I had dialled!
Finally after around 50 tries on different days and different times, I managed to log in a complaint - I was informed that an executive will get in touch with me within 24 hours. If they say something like this, do not ever take it at face value and expect them to call - they will not. Hence after 48 hours, had to try to get to the call centre by trying around 100 times and repeat the story to at least two people who suggested flashing, removing battery and reinstating it, and also that I had forgotten to charge the phone and that I should charge it! Finally someone suggested that I take off the back cover and look at the slot next to the camera and tell them what color I see! I must have said something correct as they were finally convinced that indeed the device has a problem that cannot be repaired by charging and would need to be replaced. The gentleman would not give a docket number until I asked for it and also would not send an email confirming this. Now I have been a given a time of 1-2 weeks by which time the replacement may arrive - God only knows when though.
I see that I have made a huge mistake of purchasing this phone. Waste of time, money, frustration and productivity. If micromax has any thoughts of wanting to catch up with the international brands, they should take their so called "flag ship" brand seriously and attend to customers. As someone has already mentioned, it does appear that they are treating the customers as beta testers.

According to price it's good.But I am not satisfied.Starts heating after 10 minutes of internet browsing.
Guys i m using this phone from 6th April no doubts that this phone is amazing i call this phone "SMOKE", however some says that it has some heating issues , its nasty i have first hand experience and can say that i've face NO heating problems ,camera is so good that it can beat the camera of even LUMIA SMARTPHONE....,yu can't expect any much more in this price.
i was also worry cause of nuisance created by those who've never use this phone
ITS GREAT U WON'T REGRET AFTER PURCHASING THIS ONE,

phone hang ho rha h. i have to remove battery every time.
also battery charging speed is very slow.
for fully charged it takes 4 to 5 hours.
n battery back is bad.

Using this phone since 3 days. Lot of voice clarity issues. All my friends have started complaining that they do not hear the voice clearly.
I bought Yureka 20days back..today,I got a small long line on d display...I don't understand y does it happen..I reset it,but dint solve my problem...do I get replacement of d mobile,yureka support was not at all responding to my mail and in call...I stay in Hyderabad... I am using 1month .Continuous heating problem you can feel heat even it not in use. ,Very bad Battery 4hour ,2g not connecting .camera is like 3mp.Asphalt 8 freezes.Bullshet Micromax .I did not expect this .Don't buy this phone my personal opinion.
Yu yureka has best features about snapdragon and android kitkat but when i upgrade 5.0.2 lollipop version it decreses ram and storage.
It is false it does not has 16gb internal memory it has 8 or 4 gb.
Just one day and phone restart for some time and also battary problem
