after update phone is getting lock frequently. such a costly phone but can't upgrade to marshmallow :(
My Yureka is locking frequently.
Mostly, when I am playing, mobile is getting locked. Any solution for this?
Very poor customer service. They don't returned my yureka mobile after 1 month.
Till the first week of November until the update came the phone was working good after the update it hangs in the middle and pops with an error saying unfortunately, ui system has stopped really annoying to see it all the time
phone are automatically switched off at any time specially when I'm used internet or calling

I am facing problems with yureka, baatery with in 1 hr about to die, I ll change my charger after that same problem coming, after full charge when I used internet battery go suddenly .so my experience is very bad with yureka. customer care also not able to help, and his number not working.

Hopeless service got faldy handset from company and when i complain they said they will replace the hand set but from 100 day and more i m waiting but company says pls wait for some time i thing they are killing my warranty time

actually battery life is not good, and 16 GB class 10 SanDisk memory card is not working in this cell phone .when I take some data in the same ,it lost completely and phone not to shown memory card, please solve my problem .
Worst service i have ever seen. I have claimed warranty service for my phone. It got stuck because of stupid update provided by them. And i have registered my claim in dec and its jan. Even they didn't dispatch my phone. It is created a lot of problems for. Because i am a working. And i need my phone back. Can anyone tell me for where i could repair it. Any center? And please guys dont ever buy this phone. Its a request. Just want to sue this bullshit company.

i had applied for warranty claim of my headphones in oct. 2015 and it is now jan '16, still i have not received my claim even though waybill has been generated they are not despatching, i dont know what is the problem with these guyss..
everytime i contact they are giving me time of 5 days. but their 5 days i dont know when they ends.

yu yureka is completely a rubbish phone . YU does not give any service t othe costumer. They harass the costumer to extreme . hardware is of very poor quality . I recommend not buy this rubbish brand .
Yu is a rubbish company, never buy any product from them. After sales service is pathetic, you will never get any support from them. I have purchased a phone from them in March-2015, the phone is having many problem. I cannot use any app for more than 2 min. even you cannot make a call for more than 1 min your phone got disconnected automatically and phone will restart. When I have contacted on their helpline number first, they told me to reset the phone, and when mine problem is not resolved, they told me that they will replace my phone as it is having any hardware issue. After that, they promised me that they would provide me consignment details within 1-2 days after making follow-up and complaints after 10 days; they provided me the consignment details. Now after 20 days when I have contacted the courier company they told me that they have not received any thing form the Â“YU (the Cheater Company)Â”. Now Â“Mr. Rahul Sharma(CEO Yu)Â” if you have dare please reply to my post.

yureka mobile battery is worst and heating problm tatsy i submit my mobile to customer service centre on october2015 they told urs phone gone to yureka company it would be take 10days ... but i still didnt get my mobile it more than 3 months ....warrenty gives (12months but my mobile is handled to customercare in more thn 3moths) im very dissapointed with tis
