My Yureka device was having problem 3 months back and was sent for repairing. After that I got a replaced Yuphoria set without battery instead of Yureka. Then it was returned back. This process continued till 2months. For last one month, I'm following for my Yureka set which is not yet received after vigorous follow-ups.
My humble advice is not to purchase any Yu product because of below reasons:
- Very poor service
- Micromax service centers are not entertaining service for Yu products.
- Poor customer Care response
- Service is poorest of the poor
My biggest mistake is taking of Yureka Handset.

I am having Yureka handset. After updating any OS related application. after that many issues are coming.
had lot of issues but after rooting the device and latest update resolved all the issues... happy with the handset now
Customer service is very very very badddd.. They published their customer care number as 1860 212 212 2 , which always gives Busy tone.. / keep you wait in call.
I given my mobile for repair 2 months back.. till now, I did not get my mobile.. :(
Worst service/ I ever seen such worst customer care.
I'm using yureka since six months but after the recent system update it isn't getting started at all...it is asking some booting,apply update,factory reset,etc Bt nothing is working.... The phone isn't getting started.... Can anybody suggest me wt to do????

Such a bullshit service they provide. They will waste your time and money. Do this update this mode. Plus they dont have there own service centre. Micromax will no see your problem. I have visited many times related to the problem of updates of nov. They didnt help me out. Waste of money. Dont buy this phone. :@
I don't know what happen with it previously my cell phone work very well but after the update of cyanogen it will get reboot again and again when I am using it after the reboot it will get switched on and after some.time same will happen with it

i also send mu phone on 21-11-15 they cmmet me 20-25 days till i dont get any response from yu team or micromax care...today 16-12 i call in micromax number mensn in last page of jobseet they provide me sereal nmbr and say u will get ur divice in 5-7 days... may u also try this

just give a full factory reset and it should work fine. coz i do have the same problem, and for me, after reset, battery is giving proper back up
On 26 november 2015 i have lodged the complain and the submitted my yureka device for replacement to "Micromax service centre"

At the time of submission they committed that i will get a handset within 10 days but it has been almost 18 days since but no communication whatsoever has been received by me after 14/12/2015 is that its still pending and under process.
what kind of process is this and for what reason it is pending they are not giving any kind of information.
pathetic and worst customer service seen ever
Yu customer service agents and Micromax customer service centre have no information of the pocess that is being followed for replacement and have no idea regarding despatch of new handset from your warehouse.
I think buying a Yu device was a mistake and that this not a company that can be trusted with customer service anymore
