Im using this mobile over 2 yrs.The mobile gets heated up easily when using internet.And shut downs automatically when turn on mobile data.battery is very low.it takes more than 2 hours for charging.charge falls down easily when using internet.My mobile is automatically switched off from yesterday. still now I cant switch on my mobile.But my mobile battery is 45 Percent.But I cant switch on my mobile.what can I do for switch on ,my mobile....pls tell me the solution.

Been using a Yureka since March '15...
Worked awesome till 2 years max... After that no spare components, no services, expensive aftermarket, and above all NO UPDATE since last year, not even OSAP.
These people are into launching new products but no follow through or service one old devices, worst than erstwhile SONY ERICSSON.
Liars with promises to touch the Pluto when they couldn't afford a f*****g lift-off!!!!! >.<

Bcz i face this problem In my yureka....and at last it was dead.
This phone is just a piece of shit!!
In the begining when i bought it.. It was good but in the long run i realized i wasted my money on this.
Battery life is too poor,
if the phone is being with the internet connection, the battery drains up quickly and mob gets heated up.
Back cam quality is too poor, even though its 13mp, it looks like 8mp.
However the front cam is kind of good.
The phone hangs up when playing games or when using too many apps.
I've used this mob fr 2years, trust me u would never ever wanna buy this.
There are other better phones comapred to this one in the market with 8k

2. very slow to install apps

i bought online this product one year back. two months back there was a charging problem and i gave it to micromax service centre at cochin on 23/12/16.( s030276 Â– m/s. exclusive care ) they kept the phone with them 45 days and each time i call them they said still the issue not rectified. after 45 days i took back the phone and it is with me .
