my yureka want to get update second time. any one can tell me after update any problem in that
after 6 months use yureka suddenly hangs and restart itself and again hang restart .... cant not switch on. if i switch on the phone with in sec it hangs and again restart. cant go to safe mode. is there other solution apart from hard reset. plz help...plz
Please do not buy yureka becauese following reason
1.Every 10 to 5 min Restart porblem
2.Hang 2-3 time in day
3.heating issue .
. switch to other handset like Asus laser 2,moto g
Just five months I had bought it
It's touch screen is not working properly
Completely wastage of money
I just purchased the phone the last day.N when I switched on for the first time itself it was quite DISGUSTING!! there was a big dark line from top to bottom of the left edge of the screen display. I ought to contact the Yu service centres...but as most of all these reviews says that they have the WORST customer service.... I'm afraid that my fate would be the same....can you suggest me an effective customer care contact detail anyone???
I want the handset replaced....:(
except battery life everything is awesome in this phone superb phone........
Too much heating problem, so many s/w bugs and no fix, performance also poor.

Very poor support from YUreka team. My phone display not working, i am chasing them for last 3 months for getting any support. They told that "We donot have service centre so that we provide service to all yu customer."
customer care is very unresponsive
they say but they do not collect the phone for service from your location
a friend of mine (actually his phone's antenna is not working)is trying to contact them for last 20 days at least
but no response
they had earlier tried to trouble shoot the problem on phone (as if they are training you)

No Reply found from 'YU Support' "firstname.lastname@example.org" from 15 Days even so many reminders send to them. i am following up by approx 1 month for not working of charger & Head phone.
No Senior person read mail from YU Customer Care
No Toll Free No to talk with him. given no. 1860-212-2122 charged 15 Rs. per/M & for 1 call takes time 30 Min.

The phone is really owesome till now I didn't face,battery drain issues and no lagging so,I am feeling very happy with my handset.
Some time phone's CPU Heat but if yu exit all application for max 2 min phone perform good.
