No Reply found from 'YU Support' "firstname.lastname@example.org" from 15 Days even so many reminders send to them. i am following up by approx 1 month for not working of charger & Head phone.
No Senior person read mail from YU Customer Care
No Toll Free No to talk with him. given no. 1860-212-2122 charged 15 Rs. per/M & for 1 call takes time 30 Min.
anybody suggest what i do.
The phone is really owesome till now I didn't face,battery drain issues and no lagging so,I am feeling very happy with my handset.
Some time phone's CPU Heat but if yu exit all application for max 2 min phone perform good.

most worst mobile ( yuereka) of the world. never ever think of buying. rather throw it even if you are getting it free. very poor customer service. call centre picks up the phone after 30-40 minutes of holding and the reply is also not satisfactory

most pathetic experience of the phone ever....when hardware issues , no response from customer care even after so many calls......and not even hardwares available in market so that we can get it repaired by local repairer....please do not buy this phone.....
I have face the problem regarding charging of the my cell phone i am using Yureka Plus mobile also i have registered my compliant on 22 nd September 2015 complaint number 1254567 but till i have not solve my problem.In a whole night my cell not charge 1 Percent if it will be charge by luckily so again battery fully down within 15 min without any use......
i am feel very sad with the technical support.
Very Bad Customer Service. If you get any hardware related issues such as charging circuit problem which is very common you are left for dead. Yu Televentures Customer support is pathetic by all means. The executives are poorly educated and they do not have any technical experience and they just bombard you with pre-documented troubleshooting steps though your problems is completely not related to the steps. Do not ever buy any mobile from this brand.
