I am confused to buy this yureka .
Pls tell about heating prob and others .pls
I purchased this phone before 3 day ..phone is OK BT during dilling and receiving phone screen display automatically off due to this i'm unble to identify who contect me...
I bought yureka plus 12/08/2015. The phone is heated during operating time. Two time informed customer care but no good response my Complent no.1288260. Due to heating of phone l have not use properly this phone.
Hi guys just got this phone. its on lollipop. The only problem I see is I can see the backgrounds superimposed on the screen. Is it a known issue with the phone or do I need to visit the service centre.
I bought this phone 3 months ago in start it doing well. But after some time its keep irritating. Some times go black.not able to receive call. Apps hide automaticly. I think it is not good as its name
yu yuphoria the worst phone ever i had baught this phone a bout a month ago and it screen issue & specially 2,esz keys are not working than i have contacted yu yuphoria service center (1860 212 2122) I have contacted yuphoria customer care six times. They told me that they don't have any service centres and just have online support. They didn't provide me the proper solution to get replacement. they told me that sir my technician will call in 48 hrs and now it is 2 week and call hasn't come from that freaking technician now i m going to consumer court to compliant against this yu company

Worst phone ever. Not able to call with sim selection. Also ringtones can't set with own records/music.
i brought this yu yureka its superb phone i updated to 5.01 lolipop its great
but service is very very very band the are not listing your problems , the promised to clear your problems but the could't try. the are useless.
Great Phone with Amazing features and superb Camera.. using it for over 5 months abolutely no issues except for occational heating but does not impact the performance.. supports OTG and alos supports a 64 GB card

I bought Yureka in April 2015. Very worst services I have found till now.Issues are as following..... Problems 1. Charger got automatic junk. 2. Cap of handsfree automatic fell down somewhere.. 3. Screen automatic got blurr. 4. Sometimes I am unable to pick calls after touching answer ke randomly. 5. Heating issues. I had mailed a lot of times but support team of yuplay always saying this is not cover under warranty and you have to pay for this, sometimes they sent a mail to reset phone... I am too much frustrated with this phone and support team of yuplay... I am suggesting to avoid buying this phone because nobody is here to support you.

I brought dis last weak it s over heating and battery drain fast and I replaced with another complaint. So please dnt buy dis phone wasting money

I have used this divace .. I thinks its good for normal people's but theres more .. I pretty like the divace its quite good .. But there is more top divaces out there .. Like iphone and LG and the samsung s6 ... I will recommend to buy this divace its pretty nice and good ... Thanks all
i purchase yureka before 3 days ego, but my opion is that it is the worest smartphone ever , i send for replacement .. 2 issue i have seen in this phone , first one battery problem second one is hanging problem while using internet ... west of money :/
