yureka customer service is very good service, i have previous 1 month calling to yureka customer service or changing yureka battery but no response, yureka customer says dispatched battery, but not recive the yureka battery , so i have very harassment to yureka service,
YU Yureka & Yureka + and all micromax phones are third class phones. better to throw it in dustbin. please don,t buy any micromax phones.
Pathetic Cutomer Services! they never respond to your emails and calls. My phone's camera isn't working fine since a week now and there is no reponse from customer service centres. Awful customer services with a shit product!
Regret to have chosen this phone!

For which they have replaced battery but still not working, so I sent them images of charging jack..final reply its physical damage not covered under warranty ( if I have been using charger provided by them, how it will happen), so I have to pay 5999 INR for trans receiver,( if device costed me just 9000, why so much cost?), so finally decided to repair with local unauthorized person( as no service centre, micromax ppl won't entertain you), cost of replacing charging jack just 350 INR( before doing so had long talk at customer service centre)...unless they provide service back up..should stick to branded device (been using Nexus 5 since 2 yrs,no complaints at all)
yureka the worst phone ever yu is a big cheat i made the mistake of buying a yureka handset and it has been a hellish experience. firstly i experienced the bug of proximity sensor within a couple of days of purchasing the phone. i was told it will be resolved after an update but that never happened rather after the update a new bug came up- display going off and making the phone unsuable. now i am facing an even worse problem- that of battery not getting charged. the customer care people are frauds. they say some seniors will call but no one calls. no replacement of handset is given though my handset is in warranty period. forget handsets-even their email id doesn't work properly and if you try to mail them the mails bounce. the customer care even had the audacity of closing my complaint without giving me any replacement. i am taking this matter to court meanwhile everyone please stay away from all micromax and yureka products.
I bought my yureka set near around 20th march.
From the day i bought it, no matter which network SIM you insert into it, it will always show "No Network Available".
After chassing YU for months i got a refurbished(the so called refurbished rather) yureka set, having FREE INTERNAL Memory as 3.5GB only.
Do you want to know why that was 3.5 GB free??????????????
Because the rest was occupied by the previous OWNER's data.
What sort of data???????????
All sort of data starting from---
1. Photos taken by its camera (nearly 530 photos of that girl)
2. Whatsapp profile pictures
3. Facebook data and pictures.
4. Recovery file of all the phone numbers that were in that set
5. Recovery file of all the messages that were present in that set.
6. All the so called personnel documents
7. You name it and i had it in that phone.
I don't think that YU even care about the privacy of its customer.
They received a faulty set from some one, and without doing anything to that set, they slapped that set onto face of some other customer.
I talked to the previous owner of that device, using the information that was there in the set. And the funniest thing that happened is that........ the problem because of which the previous owner returned the set, was still present in it.
And i am again chasing them to look into this, hoping to get a response before i die.
Yureka having octacore processor Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 and 2gb ram but doesn't seems like having such spec. Speed not upto the mark and average camera, build quality and display very poor.Heating issue battery drains.Moto E 2nd gen 4 G running on Snapdragon 410 quarcore processor and having only 1 Gb ram but perform much better than Yureka
this is nice mobile,,,,,,,,,,,and also in low cast that is 9999,,,,,,
but battreyis low that is 2500mph,,,,,,so please improve,,,,im to 3000mph
YU yureka not provide any service so my opinion you not take YU yureka
it has been more then month but they are lest concern about there customer
they do not even reply to phone calls n e-mails
so i would suggest not to buy this cell
phone features are awesome but when it co.es to use worest. the other person wont understand what we speak. from feb onwards keep on complaining about the phone no repair no replace. totaly it is useless deaf and dumb phone.

It's a genuine message to all of you - Lenovo A 6000 & A 6000 Plus,A 7000 ,Yureka and Yuphoria all are very worst phone plz don't buy it.They having lots of problem battery drains very fast,Cheap materials were used while manufacturing this crap.Looks very cheap Chinese mobile and many other discrepancies were found while using all these mobile.
