Hello I am thinking of buying this phone on monday is it worth it? Am buying it in Kenya from an Orange shop Does anyone know where I can get an Amoled and not TFT? Thank you
Ok .then maybe comparing the resolution is wrong,..but still galaxy mini has flash player.. Blade doesnt..and the bluetooth is WAAAY FASTER..so is battery. Anyway I ended up buying this phone yesterday and am liking it.. The camera is trash..bt thats where my poket camera comes inAm thinking of upgradin its android version.
Bought my ZTE Blade (Orange San Francisco) in August 2011, from the Orange shop. Worked a treat up until a few weeks ago, then the battery wouldn't charge. Ordered a new one, replaced. Still wouldn't charge. Ordered a new charger from Amazon. Still won't charge unless you leave it plugged in for over 24 hours (and yes I try it in different sockets, clean out the ports etc) Any help??
and can you really compare a Tft at 240 x 320 and one at 480 x 800..267 pixel density vs 127??
you must be very nocturnal if you're buying a phone to take photos in the evenings...haha..no offence intended..and by the way the camera quality of the blade improves a lot when its upgraded to froyo or gingerbread..
I don't know where you people are buying your blade..bought mine from orange shop at the gpo..came with 512mb of ram..am also very sure if it came with 256mb the extra 256mb is probably locked..you can use a patch to unlock it..who said the galaxy mini has better 3g?? check your specs properly..tft has its a
pros and cons..I would choose the blade over the mini anytime..that's why I bought..
I bought mine Gen 1 but now its Gen 2 running cyanogen 7.1(gingerbread 2.3.7)..already tried the alpha version of ICS..its promising..

since the ones in Kenya are tft screen, its much better to buy a samsung galaxy mini even though the screen is smaller (but still big) since it has better 3g speed, bluetooth technology, camera (during evenings) etc. Or does anyone think otherwise

I have been using this phone for almost 6 months and haven't had any problems with it. The screen is very good. Large and clear. Works quite fast and battery last for quite long. I usually charge the battery after 2 days of normal use. If I play with it a whole day I have to charge it again. Depends on the applications you use. And by the way: It play game smothly. It had 3D graphic and that makes a difference. I recoment this phone. It's cheap and quite good.
Battery life is not low compared to any similar android phone.Gets one day with moderate to heavy use.
Add Cyanogenmod 7 and you get a truly awesome phone fone for cheap.
Is mail for exchange can be downloaded in zte-blade or not?
Had loads of fones and the zte blade is well in my personal top five, best thing I did
was upgrade it to Android 2.2
