The worst phone ive ever owned. Overheats constantly, battery drain in irrational, and ram management is 4 year old level coding. The first and last zte device i will EVER own. Oh and their tech support(online) are rude, insulting, and fanatical yes-men.
The only flaw in this device is that it prefers to always stay on 2G if you dont have a good 4G network or in an area where there is no good 4G reception. i dont even think the phone has 3G but still everything else is awesomeeeeeee
Not sure why people report bad things about this phone. It's fast and I can do almost anything I use a PC for. Perhaps there are some other features that people use that I don't but I think it's great.
Have had this phone about 6 months. Have had absolutely no problems. Read a bunch of the reviews with everyone having problems. I've had over 100,000 pictures and 50 apps downloaded and didn't have any slow down. This is a great phone.

I've had mine for almost a year and I haven't had so much as one hand of any trouble out of it it is performed flawlessly from day one so maybe it's something that you all are doing to the phone I don't like the fact that ZTE is a Chinese phone maker when I serve you the Chinese government as an enemy of the United States and as a government controls a lot of what goes on in the electronics Industry so birds of a feather have to stick together but either way the phone is great but just like politicians have been saying in the US News the last few days I don't trust this phone because I don't trust what the Chinese are doing with the technology they put in the phone
I switched two lines last September and got two phones. Initially we we're quite happy with them. We can't afford top of the line phones, but didn't want bottom of the barrel. We ended up taking advantage of the promotion to add 2 more lines and get phones for my daughters for Christmas. Within 3 months my daughter's phone just shut off and wouldn't charge. Before I filed an insurance claim I took it to the store. The woman didn't seem surprised at all, and since it was under warranty I could get a new one for $15. Two weeks after receiving the replacement phone same thing happened with the new phone. Different woman said that my daughter had damaged it, and I would have to claim it on my insurance to have it replaced. Thinking my daughter was irresponsible, I decided she should earn the money to replace it. One day I plugged it in and it vibrates. So I hold the power button and volume button and well it starts charging. Worked for awhile. Did it again. Waited a day and "fixed" it again. Again, I am assuming my daughter had damaged it before, and this is why it happened. Then it happened to mine. And then my other daughter's phone. Luckily I knew how to "fix it". Well it has happened 3 times this week to my daughter's phone that she got about 3 months ago. The battery overheats when charging. As far as other issues that I see people having, I personally run off my WiFi most of the time, and I feel it is adequate for the price of the phone. When I am running off data it is allot slower, but that is more of a carrier issue. You get what you pay for. Lol. Now I have to "upgrade" because the insurance company will just send me another one of these defective phones!
I've had this phone for 3 months I have owned about 10 different phones this is one of the best phones I've ever owned solid performance and the right light the camera takes great pictures and I always remember I paid $129 for the phone

I have this phone for about 3 months so far so good no real problems it's pretty fast too but for the price you can't beat it
I have had this phone since Feb, itÂ’s been ok until now. I have to tap to speak to open it but it wonÂ’t let me so IÂ’m totally stuffed. Really really pissed of.
I have had my ZTE Blade less than a year from Cricket Wireless. I have the same issues as JP. When my phone rings my screen stayed dark and I can't pick up the call. When I try to open the screen it hangs up the call. The phone has given me nothing but grief. I took it to 2 different Cricket stores, but they couldn't fix it. They said my only option was to send it for a factory reset, which will cause me to loose a lit of the stuff on my phone. Do not get this phone!
Zte sucks at making a reliable phone. The junkyards in America are filled with these things im sure. Stop making phones zte you suck at it. Do not buy this phone all the negative reviews are true. All the people saying it's a good phone are NOT true. You've been warned

The problems you were having were not because of the phone, but because of Cricket and how their chip works within. I had the same issues and when I switched carriers, they magically went away.
bought this phone thru metr pcs was the worst mistake of my life... Have had nothing but issues with this phone since day one and i would definitely not buy it again
