I already think that 6Gb of RAM on my Pocophone F1 is overkill but... really? What are you going to do with 12 Gb ? Switch between Fortnite, Minecraft, PUBG and Asphalt while live streaming, making a phone call and listening to music? I know that gaming on phones in China is very common, but come on, no game with be able to use correctly so much power because all games on the play store are made to be played with every phone, even the cheapest...
Some features like the fan, the 90Hz display and the buttons on the top looks really great. However, for the 1920fps I think this is just a "fake feature". The Pocophone F1 have a 960fps mode, but in fact it's just recording at 240fps and creating more images using algorithms that just creates a weird moving effect to still objects.
Also, the price seems very good for these specs.

Damn. The blue/red gradient looks awesome. As big as the phone is, 5000mAh battery and future proof specs make me want to buy it. Not sure about ZTE's software support though. How long do they update their phones for?

Just noticed this camera does not have OIS. Ouch. Well, at least if I root this thing, I can manually add EIS if needed to it.

To GSM: This phone has front-facing stereo speakers and an IP55 rating.
This phone is a beast (shame it doesn't have expandable memory) and hopefully the global version adds bands 25 and 66. I might get this phone if HTC, LG, and OnePlus don't fare well with battery life.
