Bcuz they said that priority will took 1 day of process then they will send me the track number but its been 4 days since i didn't receive any track# and they still processing it....

Bought the phone recently, and it is beautiful and powerful.
But... I have some questions about the audio:
- i feel that with earphones, volume is only above average and not loud or very loud.
- i feel that the call volume is also not loud or very loud and quality lacks some deep sound, making it hard to understand some words in phonecalls.
Is it just me feeling this?, I had the idea that this phone had great audio not only in speakers but also in earphones and calls, but i'm feeling the opposite here.
Comparing the earphone and calling audio quality+volume vs Asus Rog 2/3, what you can tell me?. Should i switch?

I ordered two of this phone and received both phones . Please note that one of the phone is good but the other one has so many issues.
One of them is all video I watch do lag. Youtube, Instagram, normal videos.
The voice of the video keep going on but the picture lags stops moving and acts weirdly until the video continues but the sound won't match the picture then goes back to lagging.
The other problem is WhatsApp. Whenever I try to use WhatsApp on the web it stops working on my phone whilst not working on computer. I can't send or receive messages at that time until I restart my phone.
Please note that those problems only exist in one of the units very weird
If anyone can help in the matter

I ordered the red magic 5G ,must say that the delivery was very fast to Israel (couple days).
Also, the quality of the product is great! I love it! Not just for gaming (that is also crazy!!),for an overall phone- is very easy to adjust and use, the 144hz screen keeps me happy every time I use it, the RGB Lights also gets me some compliments when going outside with it,the speakers...oh the speakers are awesome and have very clear sound.
Nubia keeps surprising me with their products and my friend just can't keep stay relaxed with the device in their hands,when they see my new phone 😉

My alarm is disabled , there is no volume in alarm it is just showing minus sign how can i fix this? Plz help

so i guess this is what i fear about cn phones like nubia red magic and black shark.. you're not 100% sure about the software updates and the security. it's like sure it can run games as per its hardware specs. that is a good experience, if you're gonna just use it 2-3 days to review it. but any longer than that, you'll see its issues mainly related to software, security, compatibility. despite having such a monster hardware.. it's sad that you don't see that kind of negative review from youtube or anywhere..

During my online purchases on Aliexpress and other online stores, I have never gotten a defective item. I even bought a reconditioned Samsung galaxy note 9 smartphone and a Rog phone 2. that is still running smoothly until now. Also make sure the package is not damaged.

And got my phone .. used for 4 days .. the screen suddenly hang graphic hang when watching facebook video and try to touch the screen anywhere ..it does not respond.. and suddenly the phones screen goes black ... And i try to press on button for verynlong it cant turn on .. try to charge the phone for 40 mins and try to turn it on .. no sign at all ... And try the android kind of hard reset volume button and on off button hold down .. nothing came out .. and even try to plug in to my computer none respond... Very pissed and very disappointed with the quality... First time in my life buy phone from overseas like aliexpress and first time encounter this very big issues.. not paying for 70usd .. is paying for 700usd and it can only last me 4 days of use... I did not drop the phones at all .. very well taken care of my phone with a very strong casing .. really sad about this incident will happen to me

Does Nubia plan on officially adding a 120hz option? There isn't much difference to me between 120 and 144 so I'd rather 120 for lower battery consumption.

Just installed the latest software update. Face recognition is greate and super fast on responsiveness. It can't unlock also using you're picture. It's said also on the update that they're unlocking the launcher. But i still can enable on default other launchers. Does anyone have the same issue?

Does anyone have similar issues? Any solution?
Kindly don't suggest custom ROMS as I bought this phone a week ago.
No info provided in the website as well..
In this regards I think Samsung, Xiaomi knows what they are building, and how to handle it..

I don't know what their problem is with this phone. which is clear I really enjoyed it and I did not find any defects in the form of software and hardware. and I have twice gotten a system update. last July 7th. and for very fast delivery. It only took 3 days from China to Japan by DHL expedition. purchase through Nubia Official Center on Aliexpress online store. so, if you have problems, first find the cause. Thanks.
