i am interestet in the zmax and if i buy it from walmart will it still have wifi calling. i i know it works with tmobile network but it being an mvno i just am not sure
I am interested in the zmax and i am wondering if i buy it from walmart will it still have wifi calling or do i have to buy it from tmobile
I got this phone a couple days before X- ma's and while I love everything about the Zmax the phone crashes about once a day and goes to black screen with the light flashing from green to red. It does this for about fifteen mins then comes on and is fine. Has anyone experienced this problem? Even though its only about once to twice a day still it always happens when I'm doing something important or talking to women. Please help
I could not get on the internet with mine. I switched it twice. I used it on the walmart family mobile plan. I finally gave up. Loved the phone and features though
cell72, 09 Dec 2014I want to video record without sound of the shutter,on photos ok but not on videos..Its pretty great 👌 I really would recommend it as a "your on a budget phone" lol I hope that made sense
Dusty, 27 Dec 2014Is there a compatible smart watch that works with this phone?Yes, there is the Pebble or the new Android Wear devices! Check em' out at Best Buy!
I never knew this phone even existed, until my Nexus 5 broke. I searched craigslist for a "T-Mobile" phone, and someone was selling 1 week old ZTE Zmax for $180 with a case that T-mobile provided for him. I offered $150 and met the same day to purchase, yes for $150. Wow, what a bargain, big screen, just as fast as my Nexus 5 was. I can definitely tell the difference in the pixels, but It's not so bad, I got used to it. The same thing goes for the size, when the phone is in my hands (I have big hands), the phone didn't feel big at all. Until I put it back in my pocket I remember it's a phablet. Battery life is awesome. The speaker is so LOUD too, I love it. Overall, this phone is a bargain, only thing it needs to be perfect is root, a better camera and 1080p resolution, but they had to compromise somewhere for the price.
ThatOneGuy, 11 Dec 2014I don't recommend it unless your on a budget it keeps deleting my music and the internet will ... moreVery true about WiFi dropping.
I'm sitting in DD with 5/5 signal.
Next door is Starfcuks.
Dropped DD and had me go SB.
Why? 5/5 to a 2/5?
But WALLYWORLD has it for $179.
Remember, 14 day return policy.
Buy it. Try it. Decide.
Huge. Kinda nice, kinda tanky.
S3 Galaxy does cool stuff too (testing at same time!).
Want to see how great this is.
Might take over for my (lonely)tablet.
Good; external SD.
Bad; side slider ports get stuck...sim was almost impossible to release. Bent the metal release pin!
So far, about 7.7/10.
I'll find faults and benefits.
Neeeeeed a case. This fcuker will flex and crack...too big with no protection.
Bought at T-mobile for 252, 0 interest, then saw Best Buy had it for 199.99, went back to T-mobile for a price match, paid the total amount, I avoid Walmart like the plague...
please i really need to buy this phone ,can someone tell me much it cost in dollars.....please i need your responds as soon as possible thank you
Walmart is selling them for $179 as a "Walmart Family Mobile" phone. T-Mobile is selling it for $252 in store and online. Walmart Family Mobile is an MVNO that runs on T-Mobile's network. It's the same darn phone. I bought the Walmart one, popped my T-Mobile sim in, and everything works perfectly. That's a savings of $73. Seventy three dollars!!! Does T-Mobile think we're stupid?!?
AnonD-342902, 18 Dec 2014I've had this phone for a month. I have to say, I love it. Extremely fast, great battery lif... moreYou're absolutely right about the cases for this phone its needs a stronger, stylish case.
Anonymous, 16 Nov 2014does anyone know if i buy this phone for boost mobile if it will work for t-mobile?The phone is unlocked. Will work with any carrier. But if you purchase from Walmart its in 2 sections. 1 is the T-Mobile section where Walmart sells their T-Mobile phones 2 is where they have the no contract phones listed under Univision mobile the front writing is in Spanish but its the same phone.(T-Mobile Spanish deal I guess) 199.99 I got mine as the Univision one because option one was sold out. After walking back and forth I noticed its the very same phone. You can even add your sim card.
